Lee County Master Gardeners Association -- Alabama
Instructions: Please be sure you read the evaluation criteria before applying. Complete the following information in written form.

1. Name, address, and date of association or individuals submitting the application.
2. Provide a detailed budget request. Attachments may be included.
3. Describe your project in detail, addressing the goals to be achieved and location. A projected timeline not to exceed nine months should be included along with any attachments you might like to include. A formal presentation to the Master Gardeners showing how the funds were used and the benefits to the community is expected at the end of your project. This must be addressed in your timeline.
4. How many volunteers do you anticipate using? How do you anticipate identifying your volunteers? Background check will be required according to ACES guidelines.
5. Have other sources of funding been received for this project or will they be required?

Note: We will be asking for before and after photographs of your project both our archives and for your presentation to the Master Gardeners.

Your grant request will be considered, and if it meets all grant criteria, it will be recommended to the LCMGA Board for approval.
